Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Maileg treasures, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Maileg gift boxes or protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
